Creamer – Model 600-1, 10 Gallon

NEW! This 10 gallon water jacketed tank can cream honey, function as a storage tank, heat honey, infuse honey, mix honey, re-liquify crystallized honey, lower moisture content in honey, can be used as a standard bottling tank, and even be used to mix bee syrup for feed! Basically, it is an all in one honey tank, perfect size for hobbyists! A max volume of 10 gallons of honey but can effectively mix or cream small batches of honey.

It comes with a timer, 1.5 inch sanitary hub with tri-clamp and gasket, A Nylon Honey Gate with sanitary hub, and can be paired with any fitting with a 1.5″ sanitary hub (including our No Drip Valve with a additonal sanitary fitting). The heater and motor are 110V. The heater can be upgraded to a 220V option as well. Also comes with a standard bottling tank lid if the tank is in use without the creamer unit attatched.

**To Lower Moisture Content in Honey: Mix for 3 days at 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep the lid open and set timer to mix for 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off. This can help lower moisture content of your honey. For best results, mix in a climate controlled room, where the humidity of the room is not too high.
